The idea behind the MYVELO Cycling Academy
Promoting young talent is a key component in cycling – and MYVELO wants to offer young talents the best possible conditions. Together with RBW, we have created an environment that not only provides young riders with the best training opportunities, but also first-class technical equipment.
Our mission:

Providing practical training for young talents.

Facilitate the transition from junior to elite level.

Preparing the next generation for the challenges of international cycling.
The riders will start with the same MYVELO bikes and the same design as our professionals from the Continental team. This way we can ensure that they are at a professional level right from the start.
The team: Nine talents, one vision
For the first season of the MYVELO Cycling Academy, we have put together a team of nine young riders. All riders are between 16 and 17 years old and have impressive successes from national competitions.
Each of these young riders brings a great passion for cycling and is willing to work hard to achieve their dreams. The MYVELO Cycling Academy offers them the perfect environment to make those dreams come true.
Our goals for 2025
We have defined ambitious goals for the 2025 season:

Top-3 placements in the cycling league.

Participation in at least three international tours.

Top results at national and international level.
But it's not just about results. Another focus is on strengthening the team spirit and tactical race planning. Training camps and team events intensify cooperation within the team so that everyone can act as a unit and learn from one another.

The core of the MYVELO Cycling Academy lies in practical training. In addition to professional training, the riders are given the chance to gain experience in important races. Whether it is the Bundesliga or international competitions - the Academy offers optimal conditions to prove yourself in the world of cycling.
“With the MYVELO Cycling Academy, we give ambitious young talents the chance to develop their skills at the highest level and at the same time prepare for the challenges of international cycling,” explain our team leaders Fabian Huber and Vincent Augustin .
Why MYVELO believes in the next generation
The success of cycling depends on strong support for young talent. With the MYVELO Cycling Academy, we want to make an important contribution to ensuring that young talents receive optimal conditions for their development. Our Academy creates the connection between the junior area and the higher performance classes, so that promising riders have a clear perspective.
