We generally offer a 2-year warranty on our e-bikes .

During the warranty period, we will remedy any defects in your product free of charge, provided they are due to Material and manufacturing defects based on.

The statutory warranty is not restricted by the guarantee.

The guarantee does not apply to:

• Defect or damage caused by improper use or negligence (e.g. impact, fall, accident)
• Defect or damage caused by improper repair or modification of the e-bike or its parts
• Visual changes that occur as a result of normal wear and ageing (e.g. minor scratches etc. on the frame and/or engine and/or rims)
• Water damage
• Contamination of the product also does not constitute a warranty claim

In the event of a warranty claim, please proceed as follows:

1. Please contact our customer service and include the following information in your email:
   - Surname
   - Order number
   - Photo of the defective item
   
   
2. Our customer service will first check the picture to see whether the defect is covered by the warranty.
   
   
3. In the event that it is a warranty case, you will receive a free return slip to send the item to our complaints and warranty department.
   
   
4. Please also fill out the warranty application completely and put it in the package.
   The application serves to allocate your return and is therefore extremely important.
   
   
5. Our warranty department will examine the case within 7 days of receipt of the goods and will, if necessary, repair/replace the item free of charge.
